Dreamline Cabinets Inc. is a growing cabinet and building materials supplier serving homeowners, contractors, and builders throughout the Chicagoland area. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Kitchen & Bath Designer / Customer Service Representative to join our team. Whether you already have design experience or are eager to learn, we provide training and opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and by email
• Create functional and attractive kitchen designs using 2020 Design (training provided)
• Prepare estimates and invoices using QuickBooks (training provided)
• Answer customer questions and provide product recommendations
• Process orders and coordinate with customers throughout the ordering process
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on new cabinet lines and services
• Deliver exceptional customer service from the initial consultation through project completion

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, kitchen design, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required
