- # Credentialed Chemical Dependency CounselorApply: Binghamton, NY: Full time: Posted Today: R0000015082# **Position Overview**Manages a caseload of patients and completes assessments, problem lists, treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, progress notes, discharge plans and discharge summaries.
