Activities Assistant 
$15 per hour | Part-time

What You’ll Do: 

• Lead resident‑centered experiences — Create upbeat, meaningful programs that support residents’ physical, social, cognitive, and spiritual wellness
• Coordinate daily offerings — Run everyday activities, themed events, and group gatherings with smooth organization
• Support individual engagement — Motivate residents to join in and tailor activities to match personal abilities and preferences
• Build community energy — Cultivate an inviting, vibrant environment where everyone feels welcome and involved
• Bring creativity to celebrations — Design fun ways to honor holidays, birthdays, and meaningful milestones
• Maintain open communication — Keep residents, families, and team members informed through consistent, friendly communication

What You’ll Need: 

• Must be 18 years or older 
• High school diploma or GED required, college or related training a plus 
• Experience planning and leading activities or events 
• Previous experience working with senior adults strongly preferred
