Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Texas SLP Licensure (Texas Dept. of Licensing and Regulation)
• ASHA Certification preferred (if hours are logged)
• Minimum one year school-based SLP experience recommended
• Experience supervising and mentoring SLPAs
• Ability to support diverse ages (PK-8th grade); bilingual Spanish fluency preferred for one position
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Supervise SLPAs and manage assigned caseload (approx. 100 students per campus)
• Conduct student evaluations, re-evaluations, and facilitate ARD meetings (including paperwork/goal preparation)
• Build relationships with campus admins and engage collaboratively
• Work on-site 2+ days weekly per assignment requirements, remaining hybrid as needed
• Maintain compliance with district and state documentation
