Real Estate Paralegal

A nationally recognized, fast-growing boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Paralegal to join its team in Northern New Jersey. What You'll Do Manage multiple commercial real estate matters and transactions from inception through closing Prepare and review contracts, leases, title reports, closing documents, and other real estate documentation Coordinate with attorneys, clients, lenders, and title companies to keep transactions moving efficiently Conduct due diligence, including title searches, survey reviews, and zoning research Support real estate and construction litigation matters, including document management and case organization Work closely with attorneys and clients on complex and time-sensitive matters What We're Looking For 7+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience Strong experience managing multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously Solid knowledge of commercial real estate documentation, title insurance, and closing processes Excellent organizational and project management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Experience supporting real estate or construction litigation is highly valued Ability to work 4 days per week in the firm's Newark, NJ office , with 1 day remote Why This Is a Great Opportunity $90K–$110K base salary Work alongside attorneys handling sophisticated commercial real estate and construction matters Join a growing boutique firm where your experience and judgment will have a real impact Greater autonomy and ownership than typically found in larger law firms Opportunity to work directly with attorneys, clients, lenders, and other key stakeholders Hybrid flexibility with one remote day per week Convenient Northern New Jersey location for professionals commuting from Jersey City, Newark, and surrounding areas #J-18808-Ljbffr
