Part-Time Culinary InstructorTaste Buds Kitchen is seeking a high-energy Part-Time Culinary Instructor to host fun, engaging cooking classes and events for kids, families, and adults. The ideal candidate brings a strong passion for the culinary arts alongside top-notch organizational skills to lead memorable events for guests of all ages.Culinary Cooking Class Instructor Responsibilities:Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduledInstruct cooking classes, camps, and parties for ages 2-99Engage and teach guests about various cooking/baking skills related to the class menuCreate a friendly, energetic, and consistent experience for our guestsResponsible for the success of the event from start to finishInteract with all guests to ensure customer satisfactionWork solo or manage and supervise a team of culinary assistants for larger eventsSet up before class and clean-up afterCreate a controlled, safe, and clean environmentProvide first aid / CPR treatment if neededCulinary Cooking Class Instructor Qualifications:Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environmentNatural curiosity and passion for food & culinary entertainmentUpbeat personality with an infectious smileExcellent communication skills with all agesConfident with a range of cooking and baking techniquesAbility to present and communicate clearly to large groupsAt least one or more years of experience entertaining kids and/or adultsFormal culinary education or equivalent experience a plusFormal teaching, training or childhood development experience a plusAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs with or without reasonable accommodationCPR Certified
