Key Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain risk mitigation for single-sourced electrical machines and components through collaboration with purchasing teams
• Develop dealer solutions for field issues and provide comprehensive product support
• Support production targets through APQP processes, deviation management, and issue resolution
• Lead projects from requirements management through supplier selection, validation, and issue resolution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required; open to Associate's with 12+ years or Master's with 6+ years of relevant experience
• 8-10 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering (internships do not count toward experience requirement)
• Experience with electric machines and electrification technologies
• Strong background working with suppliers and managing supply chain relationships
• Proficiency in APQP/Quality processes and risk management methodologies
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Tools including Teams and Excel
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project leadership abilities
• Strong organizational skills with proven task prioritization and management capabilities
