Job Title: Level 2 RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: RN License (New York only) Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association only), ACLS (American Heart Association only) Must-Have: Orthopedic experience, Telemetry experience required Description: This position is for a Level 2 Registered Nurse. The unit specializes in orthopedic trauma and spinal surgery. It also caters to other elective orthopedic surgical diagnoses. The department is recognized for research and innovation. There are many opportunities for education and professional growth. Nurses will be part of an enthusiastic and fun team. Candidates should possess excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ability to work as a team player is essential. Experience in a Level 1 trauma facility is preferred. Orthopedic experience is necessary for this role. Telemetry experience is required.
