You're the Quarterback of the guest experience — from the first hello to the final goodbye.

Who we are:
People drive to Ford City on purpose for this place. A 6,200 sq. ft. timber-frame room with a fireplace, a sports bar that fills up, scratch food, and one of the biggest tap lists in the valley — which means your section stays busy and your guests showed up already wanting to be here. That's the difference between a good night and a wasted one. We live by Ryan's Three A's: Atmosphere , the fireplace, the sports bar, the energy. Ammunition , the food and drink you're putting in front of people. Attitude , our team — the part you can't buy.
Your Role:
You bring hospitality, efficiency, and personality to every table, and make sure each guest leaves with a great meal and a reason to come back.
- Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Guide guests through the menu and the tap list.
- Fire orders accurately through the POS to kitchen and bar.
- Anticipate what your tables need before they ask.
- Keep your section and side work clean and squared away.
- Uphold all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
What we're looking for:
- Outgoing personality and a real passion for hospitality.
- Ability to juggle a full section without dropping anything.
- Reliability, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
- Serving experience preferred; we'll train the right person.
- Legal working age, reliable transportation.
- RAMP certification preferred before hire, required within 60 days.
