Auto BodyPaint Technician – Experienced Dent Wizard is seeking a skilled Auto Body Paint Technician to deliver high‑quality reconditioning services to customers across 43 states. The role is commission‑based with uncapped earning potential. Responsibilities Travel to customer locations to perform paint touch‑ups and full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment. Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to a flawless standard. Work independently at partner locations such as dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions. Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations. Qualifications 5+ years of hands‑on experience in collision repair or bodywork. Strong attention to detail and color accuracy. Self‑motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Great communication skills and a customer‑first mindset. Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Compensation & Benefits Commission‑based position with uncapped earning potential.
