Business Systems Analyst 3

Job Title
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Identify, elicit, and document business requirements and needs into required artifacts by collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Identify potential risks in business processes and recommend mitigations
- Develop end-to-end process documentation, current & future state
- Assist in the development of initiative measurement plans
- Process optimization through evaluating and enhancing business workflows to improve efficiency
- Provide highly complex analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data to find trends, inefficiencies, and/or opportunities for improvement
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT); assisting in testing solutions to ensure they meet the requirements before full deployment
- Act as a change agent, supporting teams through transitions and adoption of new processes or technologies
- Drive stakeholder communication; acting as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment
- Develop, prepare and analyze reports with highly complex analyzes and data for management review, and presents to various levels of management
- Analyze actual results against plan and forecast and recommend interventions where appropriate
Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiables):
- Expert in eliciting business requirements including operational controls
- Expert in User Acceptance Testing
- Experience with change management as a discipline.
