Technical Writer

Technical Writer Write and edit technical documentation, user manuals, and sales and training literature. Apply specific functional knowledge and working or general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance. May review or guide activities of more junior employees. Qualifications Experience with technical writing for a Digital Transformation or Digital Modernization project Knowledge of multiple writing style guides and requirements using Microsoft (MS) Office product suite, including designing and developing in PowerPoint Ability to perform reviews and assure the quality of all written deliverables in support of a wide range of customer requirements Ability to apply expertise in client delivery process, tradecraft, and intelligence standards Ability to communicate technical information to non‑technical audiences Ability to work closely with Program Managers and the Deputy Program Manager to collect writing requirements and make recommendations on technical document reviews Ability to work closely with SharePoint administrator or knowledge manager to maintain documentation and deliverables Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice to Have Experience with the Naval Correspondence Manual Knowledge of the Defense Acquisition Process Knowledge of AI principles Compensation Salary range $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD).
