Foot & Ankle Surgical Associates – Olympia, A division of US Foot & Ankle Specialists, is seeking a reliable and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our outpatient podiatry clinic in Olympia. This role focuses on hands-on patient care and assisting with in-office procedures in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Medical Assistant Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

• Room patients, take vital signs, and update medical history
• Assist providers with procedures, wound care, and post-op care
• Perform digital X-rays and assist with podiatry treatment
• Apply dressings and durable medical equipment (DME)
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and sterilize instruments
• Provide patient support and answer questions

Medical Assistant Required Skills and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program OR 1+ year of clinical experience
• CMA or RMA certification preferred
• Experience with medical terminology and insurance processes (preferred)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Detail-oriented, professional, and patient-focused
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Medical Assistant Pay Range:

• Starting at $21 - $24/hr based on experience
