As part of this commitment, we offer:100% PPO medical, dental, and vision insurance for our employees, 50% for their dependents, paid by the CompanyA cell phone stipend.401(k) match program, pet insurance, life insurance, and more.LOCATION: The position is based at DrinkPAK's Beverage Manufacturing Facility in Fort Worth, Texas.TYPE: Full Time, Hourly.RESPONSIBILITIESTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics, technical drawings, and testing equipment.Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors, and other equipment at the facilityModify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment in accordance with DrinkPAK's defined processesMaintained, repaired, and diagnosed issues with Siemens-based industrial control systems.Work independently and with other team members to complete repairs in a safe and timely mannerKeep alert for safety issues and escalate immediatelyMay fill in for production operator, as neededCreate and report repairs throughout the shift. Complete the required work order paperwork and document parts and material usageUnderstand and follow plant safety rules, including safe lifting practices and safe machine operationResponds promptly and honors commitments to internal and external customersMakes recommendations to continuously improve policies, methods, procedures, and/or productsPersonal Protective Equipment is to be used where requiredRegular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job to ensure equipment and facility uptime.QUALIFICATIONSExperience or knowledge of Siemens Automation (TIA) architecture is preferred.High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred in manufacturing, manufacturing technology, mechatronics, industrial manufacturing, manufacturing automation, or other similar manufacturing-related specialization.At least 10+ years of food/beverage manufacturing experience is required. Beverage filling maintenance experience is preferred.Ability to program temperature controllers, Honeywell controllers, AC inverters, and DC controllers, as well as PLC knowledge.Thorough knowledge of the occupation hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for the safe performance of assigned duties.Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment electrically, hydraulically, pneumatically, electro-mechanical, and mechanically.Ability to install, inspect, repair, and maintain the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other related systems of all production & supporting equipment in a Safe and Secure manner.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues across multiple departmentsDemonstrates adaptability by reacting appropriately to unexpected changes in situations or circumstancesProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookWillingness to be a technical leader and trainer within a specific area of the plant or machine center.Safety, continuous improvement, and solutions-driven mindsetBilingual (English & Spanish) preferredOUR VALUESOur company's culture is guided by our shared values of Speed, Intensity, and Purpose.
