Work Location: This position will be based at our Bethany or Cameron, MO location.

Hours : 40 hours per week, including Saturday rotation

Job Purpose : Provide leadership and oversight for the Bank's TRID disclosure and escrow administration functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service. This position supervises assigned staff, maintains procedures, supports training and development, and partners with Loan Operations, Lending, and Compliance to ensure accurate disclosures, effective escrow management, and consistent operational practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the TRID and Escrow functions. 
• Provide leadership, coaching, training, and performance management for assigned team members. 
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of Loan Estimates, Closing Disclosures, and other required TRID documentation. 
• Monitor compliance with TRID regulations and related mortgage lending requirements. 
• Oversee escrow administration processes, including escrow setup, maintenance, analysis, disbursements, shortages, surpluses, and annual escrow statements. 
• Review work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Bank policies and regulatory requirements. 
• Develop, maintain, and update departmental procedures, job aids, and workflow documentation. 
• Collaborate with Compliance, Loan Operations, and Lending teams to implement regulatory and operational changes. 
• Identify operational efficiencies and recommend process improvements. 
• Assist with internal audits, regulatory examinations, and quality control reviews. 
• Research and resolve complex disclosure, escrow, and servicing issues. 
• Monitor department performance metrics and prepare management reports as requested. 
• Serve as a resource for lending and loan operations staff regarding TRID and escrow questions. 
• Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and compliance standards. 
• Participate in department projects, system upgrades, testing, and implementation efforts. 
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in TRID disclosures, escrow administration, mortgage servicing, or related loan operations functions required. 
• Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of TRID regulations, RESPA, escrow requirements, and mortgage lending practices. 
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift files and open filing cabinets. This position requires bending, stooping or standing as necessary.
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. 
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly.
