Marketing Event Coordinator

In this role, you will plan, manage, and evaluate the organization’s appearance at tradeshows and events in your assigned region. You will also carry out the marketing event plan and prepare for and manage individual tradeshows and events. To ensure success as a Marketing Event Coordinator, you should possess excellent project management skills and have good marketing and communications experience. Our Marketing Event Coordinator has the versatility to organize various type of events for many different industries and the ability to problem-solve under pressure. Reporting to the Head of Regional Marketing, the Marketing Event Coordinator will also work in close collaboration with members of the regional marketing team, the corporate marketing teams, sales leadership and sales colleagues in the assigned region.

The salary range for the position is $40,000 - $70,000.

How you will make a difference @ FARO CREAFORM: Plan, coordinate & execute various events in the territory: tradeshows, roadshows, open houses, product launches, sales and distributor meetings; Coordinate all pre-show and post-show marketing efforts in support of tradeshows and other events through marketing channels such as social media, e-mailings, and advertising/3rd party campaigns; Coordinate all event set-up, tear down, logistical requirements and follow-up processes. Analyze and report marketing events performances based on defined KPI’s; Assess an event’s overall success and submit findings. Ensure proper lead management and reporting in the CRM; Manage the regional marketing event budget; Develop and maintain event‐related equipment in-line with corporate branding, such as stands & banners; Manage sales documentation (print), promotional objects and apparel inventory for the region; Support communications with the regional sales team; Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs. This position requires: Associate degree in Business Administration or Marketing / Communications Past work experience in event management or other or similar role Highly organized and detail oriented. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross functionally across Sales, Corporate Marketing, Operations, and external vendors. -functionally across Sales, Corporate Marketing, Operations, and external vendors. Ability to work in a fast‐paced, high‐pressure environment Strong organizational and planning skills with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset. Available to travel regularly throughout the assigned region Fluency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage. Travel & Work Requirements Travel within the assigned territory for events and sales activities (approx. 20–30%). Occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekend support during major events
