At Cibolo Creek Physical Therapy, you'll join a team known for hands-on, high-quality, evidence-based care where patients are treated as people, not numbers. Clinicians work with a diverse outpatient population including orthopedic injuries, post-surgical conditions, vestibular disorders, balance and gait impairments, sports-related injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. The clinic emphasizes individualized treatment plans, consistent therapist-patient relationships, and collaborative care designed to help patients reach meaningful functional goals. Treatment approaches may include manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, dry needling, and other evidence-based interventions. Your Role: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life. Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, vestibular, balance, gait, sports medicine, and musculoskeletal conditions. Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time. Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians. Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence. Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
