Warehouse AssociateGlasco Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a dependable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support our team in South Windsor, CT.This role is responsible for keeping the warehouse organized, ensuring technicians and installers have the materials they need, receiving and staging equipment, and making timely deliveries of parts, equipment, and supplies to jobsites throughout the service area.If you enjoy staying active, keeping things organized, and being part of a team that depends on you to keep operations moving, we want to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingReceive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming equipment, parts, and materialsStage equipment and materials for HVAC installation and service jobsPull and prepare parts and supplies for technicians and installation crewsDeliver equipment, parts, tools, and materials to active jobsitesCoordinate with technicians and installers to ensure jobsite deliveries are accurate and timelyLoad and unload company vehicles safely and efficientlyMaintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environmentAssist with inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levelsIdentify low-stock or missing inventory and communicate needs to leadershipProcess returns, defective parts, and warranty items as neededAssist technicians and team members with locating parts, equipment, and suppliesHelp ensure trucks and job materials are prepared accurately and on timeReceive deliveries and verify shipments against purchase orders or packing slipsMaintain proper storage and organization of tools, materials, and equipmentAssist with general warehouse and facility tasks as neededFollow company safety procedures in the warehouse, on the road, and at jobsitesWhat We're Looking ForPrevious warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, delivery, construction, HVAC, or similar experience preferredValid driver's license and acceptable driving record requiredComfortable driving a company vehicle and making local jobsite deliveriesStrong organization and attention to detailDependable and able to work independentlyComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentAbility to prioritize multiple requests throughout the dayStrong communication and teamwork skillsBasic computer skills and comfort working with inventory systemsAbility to safely lift, carry, and move HVAC equipment, parts, and materialsForklift experience is a plusHVAC or home-services industry experience is a plus, but not requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly payMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time offTraining and development opportunitiesCareer advancement opportunitiesStable, year-round work with a growing organizationJoin GlascoOur Warehouse Associates play an important role in keeping our field teams prepared and our jobs moving.
