It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.**Job Description*** Work as a Technology Delivery Manager/System Analyst, overseeing IT application development, maintenance, delivery, and infrastructure setup.* Execute projects using both traditional (waterfall) and Agile (Scrum) methodologies.* Plan and deliver technical solutions—including system onboarding, enhancements, and upgrades—within defined budget and timelines.* Collaborate across application teams to manage and resolve technical dependencies.* Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and issues related to technical delivery.* Provide regular status updates on technical progress to the Project/Program Manager.* Work closely with System Analysts and Business Solution Specialists to gather, refine, and finalize functional and technical requirements.* Partner with Architects and Development Leads to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and control standards.* Coordinate with Development Managers to guide application teams in delivering enhancements.* Collaborate with Test Managers to ensure successful completion of SIT, UAT, performance/load testing/pen testing, and security testing.* Oversee and coordinate technical implementation activities across teams to ensure smooth production deployment and post-implementation support.* Escalate issues affecting project timelines promptly and propose effective solutions or workarounds.* Translate user and stakeholder needs into detailed technical design documentation.* Liaise with vendors on specifications, delivery, testing, and implementation.* Deliver and support systems for Group Retail.* Manage end-to-end testing between vendor systems and internal platforms.* Work with Change Management teams to ensure controlled and successful deployment of changes.* Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to support implementation activities.## **Additional Requirements**ExecuteBe a Part of the UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
