Sr Export Compliance Officer

As a Sr. Export Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring Honeywell Aerospace operates within the boundaries of export laws and regulations while maintaining a strong culture of compliance. You must be an experienced export licensing professional, as you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of export authorizations in support of Honeywell Aerospace’s Export Compliance Program. You will serve as a subject matter expert on U.S. Export Regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) with a primary focus on export license applications, operational efficiency in supporting the business needs and sustainment of regulatory compliance. You will add value to the business by playing a significant role in developing and improving export licensing processes and tools to enable efficient adherence to export regulations, while supporting business objectives and goals. You will report directly to our Export Compliance Manager, and you’ll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location on a hybrid work schedule.
