Social Media & Marketing Specialist

What You Will Do
- Manage Candidly Speaking social media accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Create and edit simple graphics or short clips using Canva
- Draft captions and schedule posts that reflect our voice rooted in community, belonging, equity, empathy, and cultural responsibility
- Help maintain a consistent posting schedule and remind the team when content is needed
- Monitor engagement and share insights to help us understand what resonates with our audiences
- Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural awareness
What We Are Looking For
- Experience managing social media for a business or organization with proven engagement growth
- Ability to create visually appealing content using Canva
- Strong writing skills and an understanding of how to adapt tone for different platforms
- Familiarity with trends and best practices on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Someone who understands and feels aligned with our mission, values, and community centered voice
- Organized, reliable, able to work independently, and comfortable collaborating with a small team
- 5 hours a week
- Fully remote
