CT Technologist - Night Shift (4x10-Hour)

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: Night 4x10-Hour (21:00 - 07:30). Weekends required with one Saturday overnight shift.

The CT Technologist will perform imaging procedures and be responsible for ensuring quality patient care. This position requires advanced technical skills in operating GE scanners, excellent knowledge of radiation safety, and experience with Epic charting system. The technologist will work in a Level 3 trauma facility and engage in procedures such as CT arthrography, myelography, and biopsies.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT imaging procedures on patients across various age groups (Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics).
• Administer contrast media and ensure patient safety during procedures.
• Utilize advanced 3D rendering techniques in imaging.
• Follow strict protocols in a Level 3 trauma environment.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies.
• Document patient care and imaging procedures accurately in the Epic system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current ARRT Certification in CT.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Oregon State OBMI licensure.
• At least one year of direct patient care experience within the last year.
• Experience in a Level 3 trauma facility is essential.
• Prior experience with Epic charting system is a hardstop requirement.
• Travel experience in a healthcare setting is required.
• Experience with GE scanners is mandatory.
