The Challenge
Due to rapid growth and increased demand for our platform, OneTrust is seeking a Principal Partner Sales Manager who will act as extension to our Regional Sales Leadership to drive effective territory plans, target account plans and successful customer deployments with our capable partners. You will positively drive the relationships with partners throughout the region and enable partners to influence client activity. The role also enables you to manage a large National reseller in an alliance capacity. The responsibility enables you to define the go-to-market strategy and execution plan for one of OneTrust’s large national resell partners.
OneTrust is a fast-growing SaaS enterprise platform with a strong growth trajectory. We invest heavily in our Sales Team through demand generation, methodology-driven sales philosophy, weekly sales trainings, customer-driven roadmaps, and a readily available executive team to help close deals.

Your Mission
In this role, you will connect with partners to drive revenue on new and existing opportunities.
In this role you will also:
- Delivery of a specific and defined annual contract value (ACV) quota
- Develop and execute territory and target account plans with partners.
- Develop and execute territory and target account plans with the regional sales managers and sales representatives.
- Drive sales opportunity velocity & closure with Sales Managers and Account Executives
- Qualify partner-sourced or partner-influenced opportunities, setting proper internal and external expectations.
- Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategy with an assigned National Resell partner that will create a partner source pipeline motion and transactional strategy.
- Fearless attitude to scale our partners’ revenue contribution.
- Develop a thorough understanding of OneTrust partner strategy and direction, internal processes, partner-engagement workflow, products, and roadmap.
- Provide weekly update to management on progress made with key partners in the region, including Handle forecast by partner for the region.
- Effective communication of partner impact on Regional Sales Plan
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and objectives.
You Are
You are a coachable and organized individual with strong communication and critical thinking skills who can take a consultative sales approach. You must also be open to 10-20% travel.
Your experience includes:
- Minimum 8 years of experience with driving outcome-based partner relationships in SaaS / Software
- Bachelor’s degree or professional experience in a related field
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding target goals
- Effective sales presentation, forecasting, and planning skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter, phenomenal teammate, and team player
- Strong propensity to take initiative; thrive on change and ambiguity.
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
Salary Range
$123,375—$185,062.50 USD
