Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health histories, personal circumstances, and emotional well-being to identify their specific needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and ongoing client engagement.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, tailored to individual or group sessions.
- Regularly monitor clients’ progress by maintaining up-to-date records, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary based on assessed needs.
- Provide immediate crisis intervention services and support for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and emotional stabilization.
- Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, leveraging electronic health record systems.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.
- Engage in continuous professional development and participate in training sessions, workshops, and supervision to hone clinical skills and stay current with emerging mental health trends.
- Cultivate an atmosphere of trust, compassion, and open communication with clients to foster a supportive therapeutic relationship.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our client base consists of diverse individuals grappling with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relational challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with clients from various backgrounds and ages, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet their unique circumstances and cultural considerations. Qualifications
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience along with performance-based bonus opportunities.
