Children’s Pastor/Director
Full-time
The River Kids Pastor/Director will be a creative and effective leader of leaders. They are responsible for casting vision, recruiting/developing volunteers, overseeing weekly kids ministry gatherings, cultivating family discipleship, and initiating community outreach. They are also responsible for ensuring that every facet of elementary kids ministry is in alignment with TRCC’s values and statement of faith. Success in this role would be providing a safe, fun, and strategic environment for kids and families to encounter Jesus.
