What You’ll Do Lead and assist on-site mitigation efforts for water, fire, smoke, and mold damage. Perform structural drying, deodorization, and demolition as needed. Accurately document all work using tools such as moisture meters and psychrometric readings. Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce safety procedures on all job sites. Communicate clearly with project managers, customers, and team members. Support quality control and mentor less experienced technicians. Maintain equipment, company vehicles, and inventory readiness. Participate in on-call rotation and respond quickly to after-hours emergencies. Requirements 0-3+ years of experience in mitigation/restoration. IICRC Certification(s) preferred (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT). Strong knowledge of mitigation equipment, moisture detection tools, and best practices. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong attention to detail, customer-first mindset, and a team-oriented attitude. Able to lift 50-100 lbs., work in physically demanding environments, and handle confined spaces or extreme weather. Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills.
