Responsibilities Work with the project manager to formulate the project schedule and ensure proper methods and installation sequences are followed, following through on schedule commitments. Maintain HITT quality standards for all aspects of the project. Maintain good working relationships with all subcontractors and develop community relationships that enhance business opportunities while treating subcontractors fairly. Ensure complete, accurate daily documentation of work orders and tickets, understand subcontractor scope to avoid change orders, identify problems early and provide solutions. Develop and organize the site team, arrange temporary facilities and utilities, and identify long‑lead items that need expedited action. Qualifications High school diploma required; four‑year degree in construction, engineering, or business strongly preferred. 2–5 years’ experience in commercial construction, including experience with a general contractor, tenant renovations, service work, work in occupied spaces, weekend work, and fast‑paced projects. Project lead experience a plus. Ability to master sector‑specific software such as Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, and a preference for OSHA30 certification. Ability to walk or stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs. Strong communication, positive attitude, and ability to gather, interpret, and convey information clearly and concisely.
