Guest Service Agent

Part-time | Shifts available including evenings, weekends, and holidays Guest Service Agents are the face of the hotel. You check guests in and out, handle reservations and phone calls, process payments, and keep the front desk and public areas running smoothly. You’ll also support the Great Room (breakfast and light food & beverage service) and meeting rooms when needed. This is a hands-on, multi-skilled role. You work closely with the rest of the team and take ownership of the guest experience from arrival to departure. What you’ll do day-to-day: Greet, register, and check guests in and out accurately and efficiently Process payments, handle cash, and manage billing Answer phones and guest inquiries in a clear, helpful way Take and update reservations Handle guest requests and complaints to brand standards Support the Great Room: process food & beverage orders, keep the area clean and stocked, clear tables Set up meeting rooms and prepare basic tea/coffee service Keep the front desk, lobby, and public areas neat and free of debris Pull and work arrival/departure reports and room assignments Enroll guests in IHG Rewards and recognize loyalty members Follow all safety, health, and emergency procedures Requirements: Reliable transportation Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong communication skills and a calm, professional presence Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (hotel systems experience is a plus) Comfortable standing and moving for most of the shift Preferred: Previous front desk or customer service experience Familiarity with hotel property management systems Competitive hourly pay Employee room discounts Health, dental, and vision insurance (eligibility based on hours) Paid time off Opportunities to grow within JSK Hospitality properties About us JSK Hospitality is a South Bend-based hotel management company operating Marriott, Hilton, and IHG brands across Northern Indiana.
