About Us
- Welcome visitors, customers, and guests in a courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and general inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to visitors.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and front desk activities.
- Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and correspondence.
- Assist with basic administrative duties and recordkeeping.
- Communicate visitor or customer requests to the appropriate team members.
- Support general office operations as needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer and office software skills.
- Ability to remain professional in a busy environment.
- Reliable and dependable work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous front desk or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
