What You'll Do
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll help residents live comfortably, safely, and with dignity by:
- Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting.
- Helping residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
- Responding promptly to call lights and resident needs.
- Observing and reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
- Keeping resident rooms clean, comfortable, and safe.
- Encouraging resident independence while providing compassionate, person-centered care.
- Working closely with nurses and other team members to create a positive living environment.
What We're Looking For
- Current North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Active listing on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry.
- Long-term care experience is a plus but not required.
- A compassionate, dependable caregiver with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
