Travel RN - Labor and Delivery
Location: Frisco, TX
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 7A - 7P
Job Description: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Travel RN specializing in Labor and Delivery to join our team at a prestigious medical facility in Frisco, TX. This position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions.
- Assist with a variety of procedures including inductions, cesarean sections, and TOLAC.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using CPN and Meditech EMR.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Must have at least 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience.
- Current certifications in NRP, BLS, and ACLS are required.
- Preferred: Scrub capability and charge experience.
