Travel Physical Therapist - $2,368 per week

Job Title Physical Therapists - PT THER - Travel Location Metamora, Illinois Duration & Schedule 13 weeks, 40 hours per week (8 hour days) Employment Type Travel Responsibilities Evaluate, develop, and execute a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting. Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians). Bill within the respective setting following guidelines. Understand the respective PT board's rules and regulations; comply with state regulations. Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team‑focused plan of care. Understand adaptive equipment. Evaluate and create a plan of care. Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient condition. Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks. Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines. Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience; 1 year required, 6‑month exception for exceptional candidates. New graduates encouraged to apply. BLS certification. State‑specific licensing. Uphold sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods. Compensation Pay package based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
