Registered Nurse (RN) - Adolescent Behavioral Health Inpatient

Clinical Nurse Behavioral Health

NIGHTS: Three-12 hr. shifts - 7pm-7:30am; Every other weekend and holiday required; OT optional.

Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks: 13

Current RN License

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

Preferred: One-year Behavioral Health experience

De-escalation training (Welle or CPI)

Provide clinical care to inpatient behavioral health patients.

Assist in the assessment and planning of patient care.

Implement and evaluate treatment plans.

Support patients in distress and facilitate de-escalation when necessary.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions.
