About the Position

As a REHABNEEDS Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients across a wide range of diagnoses, injuries, and age groups while developing individualized plans of care designed to improve mobility, independence, function, and quality of life.

You'll work alongside a supportive clinical team focused on excellent patient outcomes while having the independence to use your professional judgment and clinical skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred for physical therapy
• Develop individualized Plans of Care
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy and rehabilitation services
• Complete evaluation, progress, and treatment documentation through our EMR
• Maintain a treatment schedule appropriate to the needs of the clinic and patients
• Collaborate with clinicians and clinic team members
• Participate in clinic meetings as needed

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible Maryland or Virginia Physical Therapist license
• Current CPR certification
• Outpatient or home health experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

Compensation

Full-Time: $100,000–$170,000+ per year

Flexible / PRN: $600–$1,200 per day
