Responsibilities Draft mediation agreements and support related tasks. Handle high net worth divorces, annulments, child custody/support, prenuptial agreements, and adoption with proven experience. Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues. Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills. Show strong research and report writing skills. Work independently and as part of a team. Maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
