Position Overview Lilly Pulitzer is looking for a Keyholder to assist with the daily operations of the retail store. The role involves sales, client experience, and safeguarding store assets. Responsibilities Assist with daily store operations, including sales and client experience. Safeguard the assets of the store and maintain cash transaction accuracy according to operating procedures. Act as an elevated team member by exercising decision‑making and multitasking while prioritizing service. Open and close the retail store. Resolve client‑related issues promptly and, when necessary, escalated to store management. Provide continuous feedback to the store management team on selling opportunities and successes. Maintain the visual and operational standards set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams. Understand Lilly Pulitzer’s concept, lifestyle, client, merchandise, heritage, and core values. Drive sales goals by providing an exceptional client experience and supporting the sales team. Demonstrate Lilly Pulitzer’s selling culture and ensure a positive client experience. Qualifications Prior supervisory experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred. Effective communication skills with clients, colleagues, and management. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft and Apple technology. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours. Work Schedule & Compensation • Classification: Part‑time, hourly, non‑exempt position

• Location: In‑store at Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location
• Hours: Flexible, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Pay Range: $17.00/hour – $20.00/hour, based on qualifications, geography, and local wage laws
• Bonus and/or commission may be offered
