Position Overview We are looking for an Assistant General Manager who embodies strong leadership qualities to assist in guiding all operations at our wash location. This role is pivotal in overseeing operations, driving sales, and managing employee relations. As an Assistant General Manager, you will collaborate closely with your team to ensure Prime Car Wash consistently delivers customer satisfaction by maintaining top‑notch service and quality. You will take ownership of all aspects of the wash, providing leadership and coaching to empower your team toward success. Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day operations of a service facility overseeing up to 30–40 staff at one time Opening and closing of location Coaching and working with employees to improve quality Engage with clients and build meaningful relationships Knowledge of and an ability to perform all positions at Prime Car Wash (sales, labor, detail) in addition to management as needed Car wash equipment operations and ordering wash chemicals, supplies and products Operation of a complex POS system as well as other wash computer programs Qualities Supreme commitment and experience in customer service and teamwork Team player who is not afraid to jump in and get the work done Self‑motivation and goal‑oriented individual with superior organizational and multi‑tasking skills Exhibit the utmost respect for yourself and your team Willing and able to work a variety of hours and in a variety of conditions; we are open 8 am‑7 pm every day Strong hospitality and guest service skills – enjoys engaging with the guest Compensation & Benefits Salary range $40,000 – $50,000 annually based on experience and qualifications Paid time off and potential bonus Opportunities for personal, professional, and career growth with a growing company Bonus based on performance Employee discounts Opportunity for advancement Training & development Preferred Qualifications 2–3 years of prior leadership and management experience Eagerness to learn about how the car wash tunnel equipment operates, is maintained and repaired Proven track record of success in managing day‑to‑day operations within a fast‑paced environment preferred Knowledge of cars and detailing skills a plus but not required Benefits Bonus based on performance Employee discounts Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development #J-18808-Ljbffr
