Position Type High School Teaching/ Special Education Les Cheneaux Community Schools is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Special Education Teacher to support learners with diverse academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. This position involves developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), collaborating with general education staff and families, and providing direct instruction and intervention aligned with state and federal guidelines. The ideal candidate will foster an inclusive classroom environment, use data to guide instruction, and advocate for student success. Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a commitment to building positive relationships with students and staff are essential.
