Loan Officer Assistant

This is a unique opportunity to blend client relations, business development, and project management in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities Manage social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing projects to grow our brand. Coordinate local events, webinars, and seminars—including promotions and logistics. Maintain organized workflows, track key deadlines, and ensure smooth operations. Occasionally assist with in-person client meetings and community outreach. Make follow-up calls to clients and referral partners to schedule appointments. What We’re Looking For Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills. Experience in mortgage, real estate, or marketing preferred (but we’ll train the right person!). Tech-savvy—comfortable with CRM systems, social media, and basic design tools. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others.
