Practice Manager (RN/LPN) – Health Ministries Clinic

Newton, KS | Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Health Ministries Clinic (HMC) is seeking an experienced and compassionate Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinical practices in Newton, Kansas.

What You'll Do

• Create a positive, team-based work environment that promotes collaboration and accountability.
• Manage staffing levels and adjust resources to meet patient and operational needs.
• Oversee administrative functions, including scheduling, time-off requests, and staff management.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, guidance, and performance management.
• Address patient, staffing, scheduling, and operational concerns in a timely manner.
• Evaluate and improve workflows to increase productivity and quality outcomes.
• Identify care gaps and ensure quality metrics are achieved.

Qualifications Required:

• Current unrestricted nursing license in the State of Kansas (RN or LPN).
• Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR).

Qualifications Preferred:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in community health, primary care, or a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
• Knowledge of public health and quality improvement initiatives.
