Cancer Navigator - Radiology Mammo, PRN

Overview: The Oncology Navigator is responsible for managing the care of identified patients with cancer, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, to ensure access to high quality care throughout the continuum. Serves as a single point of contact for cancer patients, caregivers, and referring physicians, and provides resources and assistance with accessing clinical and non‑clinical supportive care services offered by Piedmont Healthcare and its community partners.
