Location: Franklin, Tennessee

Start Date: 10/01/2026

End Date/Duration: 13-week contract

Shift: Days, Monday - Friday

Hours/Week: 40 hours guaranteed

On-call: 2 evenings/nights per week

Employment Type: Full-time

Licenses/Certifications: Tennessee RN license or Compact State license, BLS, ACLS

Experience: Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis experience, ICU dialysis experience required

Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical populations
• Conduct thorough patient assessments before, during, and after treatments
• Monitor patient response, vascular access, and stability throughout procedures
• Collaborate with nephrologists, intensivists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
• Document all treatments and care activities accurately in electronic medical records
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and infection prevention standards
• Foster a compassionate, patient-centered environment while supporting team collaboration

What You Need

Required:

• Active RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
• Minimum of 2 years recent acute dialysis experience
• ICU dialysis experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types and Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Ability to work independently and manage patient care autonomously
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and assessment skills

Preferred:

• Experience in acute care settings beyond dialysis
