As a Cook, you'll play a vital role in our fast-paced kitchen, bringing our signature recipes to life while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pizzas, pastas, and menu items according to Joe’s recipes and quality standards.
- Operate grills, ovens, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow portion, prep, and presentation standards for consistency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation.
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and rotating inventory as needed.
- Work closely with other cooks and the kitchen team to ensure orders are accurate and timely.
- Adhere to food safety and health code regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Prior cooking or kitchen experience preferred, but motivated candidates will be trained.
- Passion for food quality and guest satisfaction.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- Dependable, hardworking, and a strong communicator.
- Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.
