Visit customers in assigned geography to diagnose and repair moderate to highly complex Coca-Cola beverage equipment provided to customers for resale of Coca-Cola products. Equipment includes fountain beverage dispensers, coolers, vendors, payment systems and ancillary equipment. Visits (service orders) are generally scheduled through assigned dispatcher but can be technician generated proactively. Responsible for the transportation, installation, removal, and repair (as needed) of fountain beverage dispensers, vendor and cooler equipment as assigned. Works under limited supervision.Job Details: Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm Mon - Fri (After 90 days the hours may change to 9:00am - 5:30pm depending on business needs. Requires On-Call rotation.)Pay: $26.98/HR Job Level: 3Responsibilities:Diagnose multiple types of complex fountain machine equipment (e.g. B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine) and other beverage equipment to determine work, parts, and materials needed and make required repairs. Move or remove equipment as required.Travel to and from customer locations in assigned area.Effective and appropriate interaction with customers, management, and associates.Upon completion of service call, clean and sanitize equipment, clean work area.By use of handheld device; document travel, labor, and materials (parts and supplies) use for each activity.Correctly check in and out equipment and materials (parts and supplies).Maintain accurate parts inventory ($30-$35K est. value). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle.Attend meetings as assignedAssist with special projects and events as assignedAssist other associates as assignedPerforms other duties as assigned.Requirements:High School Diploma (or GED) requiredCFC Refrigeration Certification upon hire preferred2-4 years' experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances required1-2 years beverage service technician (EFC, fountain install, bottle/can reactive) experience preferredMust be able to demonstrate proficiency in SAP CONA, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF reader on an iPhone and/or iPad type deviceMust be at least 21 years of ageMust have a valid driver's licenseDriving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirementsAbility to work weekends and holidays as assignedAbility to work with minimal supervisionAbility to lift a minimum of 50 poundsPositive attitudeAbility to work with othersAbility to complete B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage Juice Machine, and Fundamental Skills certifications certification within first yearAbility to complete equipment manufacturing and company training within 180 days of hireDue to the nature of our work and to help maintain a safe workplace for our employees and customers, after a candidate receives a conditional offer of employment, they will be required to complete pre-employment screening.
