HVAC Service TechnicianStandard Air Conditioning is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our Knoxville, TN team full-time!Quick Overview:Pay: $26.00 - $36.00/hour (based on experience) and incentives for making salesSchedule: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with overtime available and some on-call requiredBenefits: Health insurance, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan with company match, PTO, growth opportunities, and an annual tool/uniform allowanceWhat You'll Tackle:Our HVAC Service Technicians are skilled problem solvers who can perform in-depth inspections to accurately troubleshoot and resolve issues with heating and air conditioning systems. This role does it all, from customer service and communication to diagnostics and repairs. You'll figure out what's going on with the customer's system, clearly explain service options, and recommend additional upgrades or improvements when able.
