Now hiring: Full-time and part-time licensed hair stylists
Supercuts, operated by Quantum Merit Enterprises, Inc., is seeking talented, licensed stylists who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and advancing their careers in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide professional haircare services, including cutting, coloring, highlighting, and waxing
- Conduct thorough client consultations
- Maintain a friendly, guest-focused environment
- Utilize modern tools, techniques, and salon technology
- Assist with end-of-day administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Valid Texas Cosmetology or Barber License
- Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends)
- Strong communication and basic administrative skills
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and work with fragrances/chemicals
Compensation & benefits:
- Average earnings $20 to $35/hr. (including base pay, commissions, and tips)
- Tips paid daily via Pay Card
