Assistant Restaurant Manager
ROJO CALIENTE RESTAURANTS INC
Rojo Cocina Mexicana & Cantina, operated by ROJO CALIENTE RESTAURANTS INC, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations in a lively, high‑energy Mexican restaurant and cantina. You’ll help lead front-of-house teams, ensure exceptional guest service, maintain food and beverage standards, and support bar and dining room operations. Responsibilities include supervising shifts, training team members, handling guest concerns, monitoring quality and cleanliness, assisting with scheduling and inventory, and reinforcing our friendly, upbeat, and team‑oriented culture while driving a great guest experience.
