Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You’ll Be Doing*** Lead safe, reliable, and efficient daily operations of the aggregates facility.* Build a high‐performing team through clear expectations, coaching, and development.* Drive continuous improvement in production, maintenance, and overall site performance.* Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards.* Manage budgets, resources, and production planning to meet operational and business targets.**What Are We Looking For*** Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or similarly related field preferred* Plant Manager, aggregate mining, and maintenance experience required* Strong people leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable.* Sound operational judgment and problem‐solving skills in a fast‐paced plant environment.* Commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and continuous learning.**Work Environment**This role operates within an outdoor, heavy‐industrial aggregates environment with exposure to weather, noise, dust, and large mobile equipment.
