Salary: $45,000 to $65,000 based on experience

The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors isseekinga talented and motivated design specialist whoisntafraid to bringnew ideasto the table. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, theCreativeManager playsa central rolein enhancing the Realtor experience through digital engagement, brandconsistencyand content across multiple platforms. This position combines responsibilities in graphic design, projectmanagementand brand oversight.Notably, the role also supports the association's for-profit wing with design needs.

The ideal candidateisan adaptable self-starter andstrivesto deliverbusiness results while continuously improving the Realtor experience. To be successful, the candidate for this roleiscomfortable working collaboratively with multiple teams across the association, hasastrong attention todetailanddoesntmindworkingindependentlywhen needed.This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can turn design concepts into final execution.

This is a full-timeCreative Managerrole based in the GreaterHarrisburgarea. TheCreative Managerwillbe responsible forcreating visually compelling graphics, developing brandingmaterialsand enhancing visual communication.

KeyResponsibilities:

TheCreative Managerwillbe responsible forproducing high-quality visual assets across a wide range of platforms, including:

• Social media graphics

• Digital advertising for multiple online channels

• Outdoor advertising, including billboard design

• Print and digital collateraldesign

• Email communication design

This position involves handling multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines andmaintainingbrand standards across all deliverables.

• Graphic Design-Digital and print design, adherence to brand guidelines, collaborating with various departments to fulfill design needs and managing assets for promotional materials and signage.

• Brand Design Management Upholdandextendbrand guidelines, create content that aligns with brand identity, conduct trend analysis to guide visual strategies and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

• Project Management-Managetimelines and workflows, ensureprojects are completed on time,identifynew opportunities based onanalyticsand work with external vendors for specialized projects.

Qualifications:

• Abachelorsdegree or equivalent combination of education and comparable work experiencein marketing, communications,advertisingor public relations.

• Threetofiveyearsof experiencein thegraphic design/brandingfield.

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop,and Canva.

• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Outlook,Wordand Excel.

• Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.

• Strongproject management, timemanagementand organizational skills.

• Ability to prioritize andaccomplishmultiple tasks simultaneously.

• Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
