Pets are our passion; our top priority is to keep them healthy. Responsibilities As the Medical Director, you'll keep doing what you love – practicing veterinary medicine. But you'll also provide vital medical leadership, oversee the veterinary team, and cultivate an environment where exceptional pet care thrives. You'll develop medical protocols, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with the practice manager on finances, budgeting, and operational optimization. Frederick is part of the Baltimore‑Washington Metropolitan Area - located less than one hour from Washington, D.C., Baltimore, and about 45 minutes away from Gettysburg, PA. Relocation Benefits Relocation benefits are offered at NVA GP’s discretion and are available only for approved Managing Veterinarian roles within the following states: OH, WV, PA, MD, NJ, NY, MA, RI, CT, VT, NH, ME. Eligibility is dependent on distance moved, business need, and final approval from Talent Acquisition. Payment amounts and criteria may vary by role and are subject to change at any time. Relocation benefits are not available for local moves (e.g., short‑distance moves within the same metro area).
